How long does it take to produce a custom piece?
Our production times vary based on the complexity of the design and current order volume. Typically, custom pieces take between 2 to 6 weeks to complete.
Where are your products made?
Our contemporary line is handcrafted in Rabat, Morocco, and Portugal in Leira combining both countries’ best in craftsmanship.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
How do you handle shipping and delivery?
We work exclusively with reputable shipping companies to ensure your items are delivered safely and securely. All of our products are fully insured during transit, so you can have peace of mind knowing your order is protected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its status. We will also send you up-to-date information between order time, when production is almost finished, and during the shipping process.
Do you ship to the USA? Are there any duties or customs fees?
Yes, we do ship to the USA! Thanks to the U.S.-Morocco Free Trade Agreement, many of our handcrafted items are imported duty-free. This means that, in most cases, there are no import duties or customs fees for our products. However, we recommend checking with local customs for any specific regulations that may apply to your order.

What is your return policy?
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. This is in line with international consumer protection laws, which allow returns in cases of faulty or damaged goods.
How do I report a damaged or defective item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will assist you with either a replacement or repair.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production begins, and modifications may no longer be possible. However, in the case of a defective item, your legal rights allow for a return or exchange, regardless of the time elapsed.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied during checkout based on your shipping address.

Currently, we do not offer financing options. Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
